Unlimited 3 hr sweet and savoury crepe van: £11/head
- 3 hour service for >100 guests. £11/head.
- For less than 100 guests, flat fee of £950.
- Includes sweet and savoury crepes.
- We can stock the van with soft drinks to include elderflower water / cans of soda / bottles of water £1.50 / head

Waffle van or cart, 2hrs unlimited £599
Unlimited fresh waffles for 2 hours for up to 100 guests, with a reange of sweet toppings, whipped cream and sauces.
- Ice cream add-on: We will choose 3 ice cream flavours to add to your waffles £75
- Additional guests: Any guests above the 100 headcount are charged at £1.50 each
- Additional active hours: £75/hr

Campervan cash bar from £150
- Available in cream or grey and white campervan bar
- Minimum spend:
- 0-60 guests: £800
- 61-100 guests: £1200
- 101-150 guests: £2000
- 151-200 guests: £2500
- 201+ guests: £3000
- Guests pay as you go on the day, cash or card payments accepted (There must be a 4G, 5G or venue wifi available for our card reader)
- Optional partial or full pre-paid bar tab can be applied.
- Classic open bar packages available (Classic drinks including prosecco and artisan largers)
- Minimum of 40 guests, unlimited for 4 hours £40/person
- Exclusive open bar packages (Upgrade to include premium cocktails and a wider drinks selection)

- By default, eco plastic cups. Contact us to discuss any glassware upgrade and deposit required to cover any breakages

Popcorn cart add-on, from £250 or £400 as a cart on it's own

Campervan photobooth from £650 for 3 hours
Available in cream, pastel green and cream or honey and cream coloured 1970s VW Camper
- Includes 3 hour service, unlimited goes, with two instant print strips (6×2″), online gallery, props, decor and booth assistant.
- £75 for additional hours (latest finish time 10pm)
- £55 for additional dormant hours
- £75 add-on for unlimted instant prints button added
- £50 for guest book service (wooden guest book, with pens and glue set up on table by camperbooth). We actively encourage people to fill in the guest book and include a personal message.
- Upgraded larger prints (6×4″) £50
- £35 for custom artwork on instant prints. (You get name and date as standard).

Eco glitter station with artist from £250
We offer three different glitter bar options, complete with eco glitter, re-uasable gems, dried flower embellishments and temporary tattoos.
- Camperbooth add-on: Add the glitter station with one artist to the campervan photobooth for 3 hours £250
- VW Beetle glitter bug: A glitter bar set up in a classic VW Beetle with one artist for 2 hours. £375

The DJ Bus: guideline £1,200 for 4 hours
DJ Bus with lights, smoke, lazers, large speakers and tunes live mixed by our experienced DJ, and tailored for your event. Includes pre-event consultation and engagement over preferred playlist style.
MC service add on £250: combines music entertainment with professional hosting for events like weddings, parties, and corporate functions. The DJ handles the music, while the MC (Master of Ceremonies) acts as the event’s conductor, making announcements, keeping the schedule on track, and engaging guests to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Optional extra live hours
£50 per half hour if booked in advance.
£90 per full hour if booked in advance, scheduled before midnight.
£90 per half hour if booked in on the night, and scheduled for before midnight.
£150 per full hour if booked on the night and scheduled before midnight.
Earlier arrival for setup and sound checks £80/hr
By default we will arrive 60 mins in advance to set up. If you need an earlier access time, we can add this to the package.
Microphone for speeches £30
We will add a professional microphone to the setup, so that you can make speeches over the sound system in the campervan, at your event.
