Self-drive hire campervan booking form

To make a self-drive hire booking, please contact us by email or telephone to confirm availability and your choice of vehicle.

You can then complete this online booking form. We will also send you separately:

a copy of the terms and conditions
an invoice for the booking deposit
an insurance form for completion and return to us within 60-90 days before the hire.

Once the deposit comes through, we will email you confirmation of the booking, along with:

A receipt
A copy of the booking form received
A further invoice for the balance (which may include any optional extras you select on the booking form), due one month before the hire commences. This invoice will also contain details for the separate £500 security depsoit, due to clear in the week leading up to your hire.

Note that the hire is on the basis that you agree that this is for personal use - not commercial use for hire and reward. We hire our campervans to the South East of England. Their top speed is 50 mph. Further distances may be possible via prior arrangement with Buttercup Bus VW Campers.
Hire period
We do not have staff permanently onsite, and plan accessibility in line with the hours agreed on the booking form. There may not be anyone on site for a late or early arrival. No van can be collected outside our normal business hours (i.e. between 10am and 6pm) without prior arrangement. Out-of-hours collections can be scheduled by prior arrangement, when staff are available, for an extra £35. Please allow 1 hour for the check out process.
