I know it doesn’t seem like it now, as we all get blown around the streets, but summer is coming. It’s a while away yes, but the good part is it is coming. Eventually.
And summer months mean weddings, lots and lots of lovely weddings. If we’re lucky enough, those of us going to, or more importantly, having, weddings this year will be able to spend the whole ceremony outside if we want to! I love a winter wedding (mine was one!) but there is something romantic about sipping a glass of Pimms or champagne outside on a hot summers day after a wedding ceremony.
Letting the little people run around and burn off some energy after they’ve had to sit still and be on their best behavior, chatting and having a good laugh with friends and family you haven’t seen for ages – it’s a vital part of good old British Wedding! (We’ll leave out the good old English weather….!)
Our Buttercup Bus VW Camper babes love the sunshine. They love driving happy couples to their receptions, and they love rocking up to the party ready to transform into the perfect outdoor Photo Booths! We have had some amazing weddings in the past, TiPi’s, driving right up the bar, festival themed, the lot! Our Camper Vans work with every single kind of wedding you can think of. When we arrive ready to provide some of the evenings entertainment, people start queuing! Oh yes! Give someone a cowboy hat and a fake moustache before you take their photo and they are one happy person!
We’ve seen some crazy pictures in our booths, and we’ve loved looking at every single one of them. We’re hoping this year will be even crazier! What’s the point in having funky props if we’re not going to use them eh?!
We can also provide a little craft table so to speak. Where guests can stick one half of their pictures in a guest book and leave a note for the happy couple! A completely new take on the traditional guest book!
Once the wedding is over and normal life takes over, having those pictures stuck to your fridge (we all know that’s where we stick them!) is a great reminder of a fab night out. And the guest book is a great reminder of how crazy the bride and grooms family and friends are……!
